Please note this will be ahybrid role based out of Grows soon to be opened Seattle office. We are looking for someone comfortable going into the office 3x per week to work closely with our Seattlebased mobile team
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Senior Engineering Manager for our Client Engagement Team you will oversee the design development and evolution of our first mobile application. You will help to remove roadblocks establish best practices and mentor engineers to reach their full potential. Youll collaborate across teams to align goals and drive impactful change. Youll be part of a remotefriendly team of engineers reporting directly into the VP of Engineering. Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical Leadership: Drive architectural vision and implementation for the mobile app ensuring scalability performance and security.
- Team Management: Mentor guide and inspire a team of both web and mobile engineers fostering a culture of growth collaboration and innovation.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers engineering managers engineers and other stakeholders to define strategy priorities and OKRs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate a longterm roadmap balancing immediate needs with strategic goals.
The salary range for this position is $218000 $285000 USD.
Youll Be a Good Fit If You:
- Have 8 years in software engineering with 5 years in a management role
- Strong experience working inside and managing both web and mobile app teams
- A proven track record in team leadership conflict resolution and driving team success in an agile environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience working in crossfunctional distributed teams.
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
