Job Summary

CAMP is seeking an experienced Corporate Staff Accountant III to join our Accounting team in its San Diego CA office. This role is integral in managing complex consolidations M&A and intercompany transactions and financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS excels in a fastpaced environment and can collaborate crossfunctionally.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Consolidations:

Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements for multiple business units and regions

Ensure compliance with GAAP IFRS and local statutory reporting requirements across jurisdictions

Assist in preparation of supporting schedules

General Ledger & Intercompany Accounting:

Oversee intercompany transactions reconciliations and eliminations across multiple subsidiaries

Perform and review complex account reconciliations including multicurrency transactions

Work closely with tax teams to ensure accurate transfer pricing and intercompany allocations

Process Improvement & Systems Optimization

Drive continuous improvements in financial processes automation and reporting efficiencies.

Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize workflows and accounting software functionality

CrossFunctional Collaboration & Strategic Support

Work closely with FP&A tax and legal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth acquisitions and investment decisions

Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed financial insights

Requirements

Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a related field

6 years experience in a similar role

Expertise in GAAP IFRS and multientity consolidations

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint)

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills required

Ability to navigate complex intercompany transactions and multicurrency accounting

Excellent attention to detail and a focus on data quality and integrity

Effective as a team player and working autonomously

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment and with minimal supervision

Bonus Points

CPA or progress toward certification

Experience supporting M&A transactions and postmerger financial integration and accounting

Familiarity with transfer pricing

Compensation: $85000.00 $95000.00 USD per year (dependent on experience)
