Job Description

- Perform cleaning duties at various commercial locations such as offices schools banks and other facilities.
- Travel between job sites using a company vehicle.
- Deliver cleaning supplies to job sites as needed.
- Assist in training new employees on cleaning protocols and company standards.
- Provide fillin support at locations where staffing is needed.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding assignments and any issues.
- Follow safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required company vehicle provided during shift).
- Must be able to pass a background check and employment document verification.
- Availability to work the full shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM Monday through Friday with occasional overtime or weekend hours.
- Strong work ethic attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies (up to 40 lbs) and perform physical tasks related to cleaning.
- Comfortable navigating the Chicagoland area.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning janitorial work or general labor.
- Experience training others or leading small teams is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
- Company vehicle provided for use during work hours.
