Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Join our team as an Investment and Debt Analyst! The Investment and Debt Analyst serves as a subject matter expert and plays a key role in managing liquidity investments counterparty risk and debtrelated transactions such as bond financing hedging derivatives lease analysis bond compliance and support for credit rating agency presentations. This position ensures an organizationalwide view of liquidity investments and debt related risks along with proper monitoring analysis and reporting on those risks.

What Youll Need:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field
2 to 4 years of experience in Finance Economics or a related field
Skills:Strong analytical organizational and financial management skills.
Certifications:Certified Treasury Professional or Chartered Financial Analyst (desired).
Knowledge:Familiarity with liquidity management investment strategies and debtrelated transactions.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork:Ability to collaborate effectively with regional business lines and senior leadership.
Adaptability:Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Whats Available:
Full time 40 hours week
Schedule: MondayFriday days
Hybrid eligible role must be willing to work at least in La Crosse/ Onalaska WI as needed
Training: Onsite in Onalaska WI willingness to work onsite before shifting to a hybrid basis
