BAYADA offers Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) the following benefits:
- Base Pay:$19 / hour
- Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADAs group medical prescription drug dental and vision benefitsif you work an average of 32 hours per week over a 3month measurement period.

Qualifications for CNA Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Minimum of one year work experience.
- Active CNA license registered with North Carolina in good standing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature pulse respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry meal preparation bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
