Tie Bar store experience brings to life our unique site experience allowing our customers to truly engage with the product. Our location is a candy store for guys and our stores have been featured in NY Magazine Time Out Chicago Tribune and GQ Magazine. Were a small entrepreneurial team with big ambition. We are looking for a likeminded driven candidate for our Stylist role and to serve as an ambassador to The Tie Bar brand.
The Position:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow his or her career with a successful brand. An ideal candidate will be detailoriented creative analytical and can quickly pivot to support the needs of a growing organization.
As a Store Stylist you will be the authority on style quality and service.
Responsibilities:
Driving business by providing personalized customer experiences while supporting the operations needs of the storefront.
Reach and exceed all metricbased goals including sales targets AOV and conversion.
Build strong positive relationships with all customers.
Maintain product knowledge of fabrics inventory & promotions.
Maintains a positive professional work environment.
Provide feedback ideas and new initiatives to corporate partners.
Key Requirements:
Excitement for product that translates to customers and brings the brand to life through on trend styling visual inspiration and personalized product recommendations.
Rolluptheirsleeves attitude and can come up with innovative ideas to drive the business.
Loves to engage with customers to create a highly memorable and positive interaction with our brand
Strong problemsolving ability coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive and adaptable attitude
Available to work weekends
Chicagobased position.
