Job Description:
Administration of identities in Active Directory MS Exchange O365 & File Shares in the enterprise will be the primary function of this position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o AD administration Provision Deprovision Activate Terminate and Update user identities
o O365 & Exchange Administration Provision Deprovision Modification & Termination of DL Mailbox and Public Folder.
o Administration of Application & FTP access.
o Ensure File share permissions are setup correctly and restricted accordingly.
o Access Management via AD groups and on client specific applications.
o Routine housekeeping of AD and systems under support purview
o Generate and Publish routine reports as per client requirements
o Create and Maintain support documentation.
o Ensure that the customers orders are carried out within SLA and by strictly adhering to the routines Quality Procedures and in accordance with ITIL Incident Management guidelines.
o To identify potential improvements allowing improved use of resources by automation or change or procedures
o To act as a point of contact for technical queries and share technical knowledge wherever possible assist with technical training if required.
