Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Order Triage) to join our Golf Industry Customer Service Team in Raleigh NC! This role focuses on minimizing order fulfillment disruptions optimizing performance and efficiently managing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Customer Service Lead in triaging and prioritizing incoming eCommerce orders to ensure timely and efficient fulfillments.

  • Identify and resolve order fulfillment disruptions including issues with inventory levels and order allocations.

  • Collaborate closely with shipping teams at various warehouses to maintain accurate and ontime deliveries.

  • Ensure all orders are processed in accordance with servicelevel agreements (SLAs).

  • Provide effective customer support by actively listening and addressing concerns to maintain satisfaction.

  • Work with multiple departments to find quick effective solutions to disruptions and improve overall processes.

  • Make proactive professional contact with customers when necessary to keep them informed about their orders.

  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment supporting team goals and company objectives.

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • eCommerce order fulfillment experience is a plus!

  • General knowledge of golf related products such as clubs and accessories

  • Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities in a fastpaced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with order management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely while remaining a productive team member.

  • Basic knowledge of Amazon eBay and other online shopping platforms.

  • Empathy and strong customer service orientation.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and workflows.
