What Youll Be Doing
Participate in daily and weekly production and maintenance meetings to support plant operations and collaborate with engineers and staff
Analyze data and conduct audits to identify trends to make recommendations to improve plant operations
Complete crossfunctional projects such as production maintenance or quality to support production goals and gain comprehensive knowledge of cement operations
Ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental regulations including wearing personal protective equipment
Create process flow diagrams presentations and recommend process optimizations to engineering leadership
What Are We Looking For
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn industry specific software
Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
Willingness to frequently travel to cement plants across North America during the training program and/or relocate for future assignments
Work Environment
Outdoor industrial environment with exposure to varying weather conditions
Exposure to various aspects of process engineering and project management.
