You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailEmbarcadero Media Foundation the Peninsulas leading independent nonprofit media organization seeks a skilled Marketing Events and Operations Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on planning executing and managing various live and virtual events and ensuring the smooth operational flow of marketing processes to support our publications in the Peninsula and East Bay.
The Marketing Events & Operations Specialist will hold ownership of several marketing events and promotions. The right candidate leverages their experience to develop and implement improved audience growth and engagement strategies through our marketing and editorial events to increase newsletter subscribers and members and connect with communities. Additionally this role will streamline marketing operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration and outreach will be essential in supporting our mission by building strong relationships between internal teams and community groups.
This hybrid parttime nonbenefited position reports to the Director of Marketing and Audience Development and is based in Palo Alto. Some night and weekend event attendance is required.
