About this role:
The Sr. Sales Recruiter Intelligence Sector provides an absolutely pivotal role in our success story at Gartner. Working in partnership with the business you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for the organization. What youll do:
- Source qualify and match candidates to defined Sales profiles and specific open requisitions across business units
- Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
- Provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff
- Understand Gartners strategic imperatives and apply your recruiting expertise to address hiring manager needs.
What youll need: (Job Requirements)
- 610 years experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role
- Experience recruiting for US Intelligence and security clearances such as Secret TS/SCI TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly/ Life Style Poly TS/SCI w/ CI Poly TS/SCI w/ SSBI is required
- Experience recruiting for Sales professionals highly preferred

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 85000 USD 116000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO a 401k match up to $7200 per year the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount and more.
