- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Assessing and understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate vehicles
- Conducting test drives and answering questions about vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiating pricing and closing sales
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Followup before and after sales
- $65000 $150000a year earning potential aggressive pay plan
- The ability to sell both new and used at 2 locations
