Job Description
TBEI Lake Crystal is a cuttingedge manufacturer of Class 38 truck bodies and truck and trailer equipment with an emphasis on municipal and utility applications. With a worldwide distributor network our products are the first choice for everyone from landscape professionals to the US Military.
Were growing and looking to add Brake Press Operators on 2nd shift! We offer pay up to $28 per hour $2.50 per hour shift differential and a $1000 retention bonus.
2nd shift hours are Monday through Thursday 4:15pm to 2:45am with overtime on Fridays as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous brake press or machining experience
- Ability to manually move product and materials up to 50 pounds through physical exertion and overhead hoists including but not limited to lifting carrying pushing pulling and bending.
- Basic mathematic knowledge and skills
- Ability to read job specifications to determine machine adjustments utilizing blueprints and measuring devices and perform basic computer data entry
- Ability to learn operations of multiple machines/jigs within a job area and to regularly rotate jobs to meet schedule or team needs.
Additional Job Information:
- Wage Expectations: $19.00 to $28.00 per hour $2.50/hr Shift Differential
- Pay: This is a nonexempt hourly position and employees are paid on a biweekly basis
- Typical Schedule: Four 4 Ten 10 hour days MTh Overtime may be available on your 5th day of the week and/or Saturdays

- Travel: Very minimal to none
