You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of governance risk and compliance practices that support Feelds growth protect user trust and align with global standards all while working crossfunctionally to embed ethical privacyconscious and scalable controls into our everyday operations.
To be right for this role you should have deep experience in governance risk and complianceespecially in tech or digital environmentsstrong knowledge of data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA and a track record of building practical scalable systems that support both trust and growth.
What you will do:
- Build systems and processes that align governance risk and compliance with Feelds mission values and pace of innovation.
- Support crossfunctional teams in understanding and integrating GRC principles into product development operations and decisionmaking.
- Lead efforts to achieve and maintain compliance with key frameworks and regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA ISO 27001.
- Develop and maintain a living risk register partnering with teams to assess prioritize and mitigate key risks.
- Implement a scalable vendor risk management program including onboarding due diligence and periodic reviews.
- Design and deliver engaging education and training to embed a culture of trust care and accountability across the company.
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and industry best practices to keep Feeld ahead of compliance requirements.
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and compliance needs offering clear valuesaligned recommendations.
- Document policies controls and processes clearly and accessibly balancing rigor with usability.
- Champion a thoughtful valuesfirst approach to compliance that builds user trust and supports ethical growth.
RequirementsAbout you:
- You have experience leading or shaping governance risk and compliance programsespecially in tech startups or missiondriven environments.
- You are comfortable interpreting and applying data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA and understand how to make them work across borders.
- You have partnered with crossfunctional teams like Product Legal Security or People to build systems that are both practical and valuesaligned.
- You see complexity ambiguity and evolving regulations as opportunities to create clarity trust and impact.
- You are skilled at turning policies and frameworks into tools that people actually usewhether in a fastpaced global or nontraditional setting.
Bonus points:
- You have experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 implementation in a scaling or remotefirst organization.
- You are familiar with how product engineering and data teams workand enjoy collaborating with them to embed ethical and compliant practices.
- You have worked in an international privacyforward or consentcentric business.
- You are curious about how governance and compliance can support more inclusive equitable systemsnot just check a box.
- You have supported or led incident response policy design or vendor management in past roles.

Our interview process:
- Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter where youll be able to ask and receive answers regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what youre seeking.
- Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role youre applying to. Here youll have a chance to ask more questions about the work youll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
- The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
