Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with strong clinical expertise and a passion for holistic preventive and longterm care. In this role youll deliver highquality medical care to individuals and families while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric adult and geriatric patients
- Perform physical examinations diagnose acute and chronic conditions and manage treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging
- Prescribe medications and recommend evidencebased therapies
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention wellness and chronic condition management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and uptodate electronic health records (EHR)
- Current APRN license in Arkansas
- National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Nurse Practitioner (NP) or related specialty
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
