Air Liquide Large Industries provides our customers with industrial gas and energy solutions that are vital to their own industrial production. We own and operate over 2000 miles of industrial gas pipelines in the U.S. supplying mainly oxygen nitrogen hydrogen and syngas in large quantities from multiple production sources to major customers in the chemicals petrochemicals refining and steel industries. Our pipeline operations and industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24/7 within our leadingedge operations control center located in Houston Texas. Our operations control group monitors over 89000 data points and assists with product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to our customers.
Zero Personal First Aid/Injuries and meets or exceeds the companys safety goals standards and policies and Fully supports accurately completes maintains and instills corporate Health Safety and Environmental policies & procedures and relevant documentation at the facility in operating and maintaining responsibility for a safe efficient and environmentally friendly facility.
Actively demonstrates identified skill sets in daily operational duties in addition actively is pursuing its own growth and career development through selfinitiative practices and working with resources made available as coordinated with supervisor.
Troubleshoot plant instrument/electrical and control system problems
Work closely with contractors & monitor contractor work quality
Record keeping and documentationEnsure the work and documentation meets OSHA EPA DOT and FDA requirements
Demonstrates basic computer (PC) skills and ability to use required software computer applications
Actively participate in RCAs as needed.
Conducts acceptance test/startup reviews with Operations & Maintenance
Participate in the & improvement of the facilitys PMs. Execute work orders identify corrective maintenance activities & enter work orders into the CMMS.
Maintain test equipment calibration & associated records.
Maintain equipment records in both the CMMS & written form
Understand and Maintain facility P&ID schematics.
Assist Maintenance Coordinator in maintaining equipment manuals.
Be familiar with Reliability Center & Corporate standards.
Rack in/out breakers & switchgear as necessary.
Perform routine inspections on equipment as per maintenance management standards.
Education Eligibility May 2025 December 2025 graduates
Associates degree in I/E Technology
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
Authorized to work in the United States
Has full range of motion and ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to work extended hours and shift work as business needs dictate
Ability to climb and ascend vertical ladders 200 Ft in elevation
Must be able to wear required PPE safety equipment including hard hat safety glasses safety shoes/boots and FRC clothing
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize work
Follows policies and procedures on proper notification procedures for vacation scheduling floating holidays and personal days off.
Flexible work hours that may include 24/7 on call rotating shifts and/or ability to monitor plant operations via laptop computer and respond to alarms.
