Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Program Integrator (PI) in support of the Patriot Romania Program. This program office role is a part of the Central & Eastern Europe Portfolio. In this position you will be a key member of the program leadership team in managing overall program of the recently awarded $946M Romania Additional Patriot (RAP) contract in addition to leading proposals and supporting the capture activity for new scope. You will be working closely with and influence the Patriot Product Line functional team members and other program office teammates. You will assist with providing tactical direction for program and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements deliverables and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable programlevel experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management.
In addition to the internal responsibilities you will also interface with the customer for various topics to include but not limited to Technical Interchange Meetings Executive Program Reviews customer working groups hardware and services acceptance events meetings with key industrial partners customer working groups and business growth discussions. In addition you will be supporting future business growth initiatives by leading FMS and DCS proposal captures in support of the Romania portfolio.
What You Will Do:
- Support successful of the program; establish program cadence (battle rhythm)
- Coordinate program reviews meetings internal handoffs and customer deliveries
- Support the Proposal Manager for new contracts; manage programlevel proposal development process from proposal kickoff through contract award
- Support the PM in partnering with customer on program scope and resolution of issues
- Collaborate across all IPTs and CPTs and establish working relationships with functional team members in contracts finance planning engineering supply chain quality digital technologies and incountry team
- Identify and implement key program metrics and drive corrective actions as required
- Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
- Support customer program reviews prepare for customer visits
- Expected to support domestic and/or international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience is required
- Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams to include but not limited to any combination of the following: Engineering Contracts Finance Procurement/Supply Chain Manufacturing/Operations Quality Management Logistics Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
- Experience supporting cost proposals and/or gate packages
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- International program experience Direct Commercial and Foreign Material Sales experience is a plus
- Demonstrated program experience managing program staffing assignments and resources
- Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Startup packages for management review and approval
- Working knowledge of contract formation and management
- Program Management Certified Level 6 or Equivalent or ability to obtain within 12 months

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
