Job Description
OVERVIEW:

Working in our Trafford Centre Manchester store youll play a pivotal part in bringing Gymshark to life in real life. Our community and customers are our family so we treat them as such. We dont care if they buy browse or just hang out. What matters is providing a safe space where everyone belongs and feels welcome.
To thrive in this role you must be passionate about the brand and our mission. You must inspire guide and encourage the team to create a great experience for all who visit and will be responsible for supporting our Visual Merchandising/Go To Market pillar.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Reporting into the Store Manager and working closely with the Global VM Team youll be responsible for the visual merchandising of the store.
- Be a champion for all things Go to Market. Anything customer facing needs to be implemented to the highest standard to ensure a seamless instore experience for our community.
- Collaborating with the instore visual team to inspire both customers and internal team with vision and trend setting. Pushing boundaries with styling and product displays.
- Ensuring you are always setting brand guidance to the highest standard and ensuring the VM guideline layouts are interpreted and implemented in the best commercial way for your store.
- Supporting the planning and of all VM layouts.
- Supporting the of window displays when required by the global team.
- Keeping on top of mannequin styling ensuring outfits are to guidance and in line with current trends and showing Gymshark in the best possible way.
- Maintaining the POS and the store equipment.
WHAT YOULL NEED:
- Experience in a similar visual merchandising role.
- Experience of working in a fastpaced high volume agile environment.
- A passion for community wellbeing and fitness.
- Highly effective communicator written and verbal.
- Be a team player.
- You are comfortable shifting gears and spinning multiple plates.
- Must be able to take and give constructive feedback.
You must be able to commit to working at weekends bank holidays and overnights.
