Bakery Prep Team Day Shift
Position Summary:
Our Bakery Prep Team (Day Shift) is a cornerstone of our kitchen crafting everything from scratchincluding croissant dough donut laminations glazes jams butter creams crumbles and more. This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who enjoy handson work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment. No professional experience is required though general kitchen experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare croissant dough handlaminate donuts and assist with various pastry prep tasks.
- Craft fillings toppings and glazes according to bakery recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all food safety procedures.
- Lift and transport heavy materials including flour sugar and large dough containers.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure timely production.
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing bending and squatting for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Selfmotivated dependable and adaptable in a team environment
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a lively kitchen atmosphere

1st Shift Schedule 7:00 AM 3:00 PM or 10:00 am 4:00 PM Weekends needed)
Job Types: Fulltime Parttime
Hourly Rate with tipshare: $16.00 $18.00 per hour (base wage tip share)
