Job Title: Senior Project Manager Chief Data Analytics Office (CDAO)
Location:Irving TX
Job Type:FullTime
Position Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and executing projects and data quality initiatives within the CDAO. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management particularly within Agile and Scrum frameworks. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple highpriority projects within the CDAO ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope goals deliverables required resources budget and timing.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to changing project needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including both IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels providing regular updates on project status challenges and solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and other team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards maintaining highquality project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools including Jira and Confluence

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92000 USD 131000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO a 401k match up to $7200 per year the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount and more.
