Financial Systems Analyst

About the role:

The primary objective of the Financial Systems Analyst is to support globally based users of various financial applications. Use system knowledge and analytical skills to resolve user issues and questions.

What youll do:

• Assist in the implementation of the full life cycle of RPA solutions: identify RPA opportunities; gather requirements; design document; and implement test and deploy targeted RPA solutions
• Assist in the creation of RPA performance reports as needed
• Assist others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline manual business processes
• Effective use of creative analytical skills to identify address troubleshoot and resolve data/system with the guidance of management
• Reports and clearly explains to IT any issues that cannot be resolved by the financial systems team.
• Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
• Supporting monthly quarterly and year end activities
• Support on other Financial Systems related tasks
• Providing support for teams impacted by Financial Systems including identifying developing and supporting RPA solutions.
• Support accountants tax accounts payable and accounts receivable teams.
• Work with the various stakeholder and IT teams on enhancements improvements and upgrades

What youll need:

• 03 years accounting/information technology related experience
• Associates/Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Computer Science/Management Information Systems preferred
• Experience in any role that required(s) working between a business unit and IT and facilitating communications
• Tremendous passion and interest in technology that translates into high business acumen
• Highly organized with great time management skills; Able toeffectively reprioritize to support the business;Act with a sense of urgency
• Strong customer service mindset and talent for anticipating customer needs
• Knowledge in various Financial Systems Applications & Reporting Tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook. Ability to learn new tools quickly
• RPA software experience a plus
