Our multifamily community Jefferson at Perimeter currently has a fulltime Community Manager opportunity available.

WhatWeNeedfromYou:
- HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent
- At least 5 years multifamily community management experience
- Experience managing a single community with 500 units
- Renovations experience desired
- Strongleadershipabilityandcustomerserviceskills
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
- Provenabilitytorecognizethesmallestdetailsplanaccordinglybudgettimeandmeetdeadlines
- Abilitytoanalyzecomputerizedrentrollsreceivableandpayablereportsandmonthlyfinancialreportingmaterials
- KnowledgeofMSOfficeSuitewithproficiencyinWord&Excel
- EntratastronglypreferredalthoughYardiorRealPageareacceptable
- Experience using LRO or Yieldstar
- MaintainworkingknowledgeofFairHousinglawsrulesandregulationsconcerningapartmentleasingandmanagement
- MusthaveavalidDriversLicense
