Job Description
Automotive Sales Associate
$3750.00 PER MONTH MINIMUM GUARANTEED COMMISSION

As a sales associate your responsibilities are:
- Build relationships and create customers for life by asking questions and listening in order to guarantee satisfaction.
- Provide vehicle expertise know the product offerings optional packages and latest technology.
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining characteristics capabilities and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive modes; as well as explaining warranties and services.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analysis.
- Stay informed of incoming inventory features accessories etc. and how they benefit our customers.
- Follow our company game plan:
- Create the feeling we are different through best values the friendliest service and most trustworthiness.
- Create the feeling we are a dominant player in the market.
- Create the feeling we want to earn our customers business for LIFE!
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Positive Attitude
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driving license and clean driving record is required.
- Willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen
