We are a fastmoving team that builds runs and operates the TMobile Advertising Solutions platforms including our audience building rideshare and retail media network solutions.

If you enjoy working with teams to enhance the security of their applications one day writing full stack code the next and wrapping up your week writing infrastructure as code to deploy changes to the cloud we want to talk to you. We are looking for team members who can critically analyze a problem collaborate with software and security teams to find a solution and own the delivery of that solution.

The Principal Full Stack DevSecOps Engineer will work with software engineers and teams to design implement and deploy complete systems ensuring they meet cybersecurity requirements and best practices. The engineer will bring a security first focus to the creation maintenance and enhancement of full stack software products that typically include front end web frameworks backend services micro services databases and all associated cloud infrastructure required to deploy and maintain the solution. This engineer will help ensure that our software systems and infrastructure are designed and implemented to the highest security standards. By serving as a point of contact to Cybersecurity teams performing technical security assessments code reviews and vulnerability testing they will highlight risk and remediate associated findings while helping TMobile teams and partners improve security.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interface with groups including Cybersecurity application support engineering ops privacy.
  • Perform security analysis of existing and new technologies and form recommendations on their use.
  • Lead the identification of security needs & recommends plans/resolutions.
  • Leads information security reviews of Engineering projects and proposals.
  • Executes security projects driven by groups both internal and external to Engineering teams.
  • Mentor peers and junior team members on security technologies solution design and customer interaction.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree Computer Science or Engineering (Required)

Work Experience:

  • 710 years working with databases from design to production
  • 3 years DevOps experience with infrastructure as code (Required)
  • 47 years using cloud services from AWS Azure or GCP (Required)
  • 710 years technical engineering experience (Required)
  • 1 years coaching and mentoring team members (Preferred)
  • 710 years in full stack development including front end and back end technologies (bonus)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in setting up fullstack environments from scratch including build steps and backend infrastructure.
  • Deep knowledge of at least one structured and one scripting language Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure parameters configurations and security.

Base Pay Range: $129400 $233400

Corporate Bonus Target: 20

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
