Job Description

Vacasa is the largest fullservice vacation rental company in North America. Our local teams are the key to our success and help us ensure our guests have a seamless stay. From fresh linens clean kitchens sparkling pools to maintenance support our Operations teams keep our properties in top shape and ready to welcome our guests.

Are you a skilled bartender who excels in fastpaced food and beverage environments where exceptional customer service is a must Wed love to have you as a Bartender! In this role youll provide toptier beverage service to our guests and play an important role in creating memorable experiences for everyone at our resort.

This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 4/3/25 and work through end of season on or around 10/31/25.As a parttime seasonal position exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.

Compensation

  • $6.25 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidates skill experience education and/or location.
  • Seasonal Bonus Details: $500 signon bonus paid out in two installments $250 after 30 days of employment and $250 after 90 days of employment

What Youll Do

  • Promptly greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure orders are taken accurately and completely
  • Offer ideas and suggestions to guests when ordering
  • Prepare bar area and supplies to ensure a successful shift
  • Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Resolve guest issues to resolution in effort to improve the guest experience and escalate any outstanding guest inquiries or concerns to management that may require additional monitoring or followup
  • Make appropriate service recovery recommendations
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments
  • Other tasks as needed because every day looks different in hospitality!

Skills and Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 612 months of Bartending or equivalent Food and Beverage experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to give high priority to customer service.
  • Ability to solve problems with a minimum of supervision.
  • Basic office skills helpful including basic math proper cash handling procedures.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Computer Skills and Knowledge
  • Ability to use basic cashier equipment
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and rotation of food and beverage

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Ability to use hands to finger handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
    • Reach overhead and below the waist
    • Regularly push pull and lift up to 25 pounds
    • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
    • Bend stoop squat kneel and twist
  • The physical demands described here are an example of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Part Time Seasonal & Intermittent classified employees are not eligible for benefits.
