Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.
What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee all operational aspects of multiple aggregate production facilities to ensure efficiency and safety. 3 sand & gravel sites multiple depots trucking & river logistics.
- Implement and monitor operational strategies to meet production goals & product balance.
- Manage and develop team members to enhance performance and growth.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with H&S QC environmental & sales teams to optimize processes and resource utilization.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Knowledge of Aggregate KPIs mining & production methods. Preference of at least 3 years managing aggregate operations or other relevant operations.
- Competency in managing a P&L & creating budget & forecasts.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. MSHA experience preferred.
