totheenhancementofprocessefficiencytemplatesandcontrols.
Responsibilities
- Completeaccurateandtimelytrustmanagementactivitiesincluding:trustwaterfallcalculationandreportingnoteholderpaymentsinvestorreportingandongoingtrustmonitoring.
- PrepareandassistinreviewingtrustreportingincludingbutnotlimitedtotrustdistributionsInvestorreportsanddaytodaytrustoperations.
- PerformTrustassetandliabilityreconciliationandbankaccountreconciliationandensuringtimelyresolutionofreconciliationdifferences.
- Coordinateandsupportqueriesfromexternalstakeholdersincluding:investorstrusteesandratingagencies.
- WorkcollaborativelywiththeTrustReportingManagertodeliverkeyobjectivesandpriorities.
- ProviderelevanttrustreportingdatatointernalstakeholdersincludingTreasury&Finance
- Assistintheimplementationofreportingfollowingtheexecutionofnewfundingandsecuritisationtransactions.
- Assistwiththedocumentationofprocessesandpolicies.
- Supportandimplementupliftandupdatesofrelevanttemplates.
- Continuousdriveforprocessimprovementthatenhancestrustmanagementactivities.
- ModelsexemplarybehaviourwhichunderpinsBluestonesvalues.
Yourexperience
- Relevanttertiaryeducation(Business/Financeorequivalent).
- 12yearsexperiencesinbanking/financialservicessector.
- FinancialreportingbackgroundandSecuritisation/trustmanagementexperiencearepreferredandtreasuryoperationsbackgroundwillbelookeduponfavourably.
- AdvancedMicrosoftExcelskillsandabilitytohandlelargedatasetsandstreamlineprocesses(Macrosanddatamanagementskillsarehighlyregarded).
- Analyticalandcommercialacumen.
