Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire employee lifecycle: Talent acquisition employer branding onboarding employee development and terminations
- Handling all things employee relations and conducting investigations as needed
- Working hand in hand with the leadership team to develop and evolve compensation structures and benefit plans that attract and retain the best employees
- Taking ownership for HR compliance as the company expands into new markets
- Be the goto resource for managers on coaching and performance management of employees in a company that has a track record of promoting & developing from within
