Job Description
Join our Shear and Brake team as a Machine Operator! Our manual press brake and plate roll machines require the craftsmanship found during the artisan era of manufacturing and continuing today at Ground Force. $2429/hour to start depending on experience.
Knowing steel managing inventory and working efficiently with layout and product output required. This position is as a skilled technical expert requiring the ability to setup adjust and operate a manual press brake and plate roll machine using a variety of dies fixtures and measuring equipment as well as planning the correct sequence of operations required to achieve final conformity to print and design. Critical thinking quality minded and efficiently moving operators will succeed in this role. The ability to read understand and follow prints is a MUST! While lifting equipment is available must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently throughout the day. This is a critical role for us to ensure that our fabrication department has exact materials which are easy to find.
Position Requirements

- must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently throughout the day
