About the Team:

The Remittance Processing team sits in the Global Finance Organization (GFO) at Dow Jones.

About the Role

Under minimum supervision the Senior Analyst will perform specified responsibilities of some diversity related to the departments activities. It involves some independent judgment and a detailed knowledge of the department or company policies. You will maintain records and prepare reports as needed. You work well in a team environment and lead the team to meet productive goals set by the Manager. You will be based in our Chicopee Massachusetts office reporting to the Sr. Manager GFO Remittance Processing

You Will:

  • Maintain productivity/quality requirements as related to the business unit goals.
  • Open incoming mail/payments and process in Datacap and Verint.
  • Handle internal/external customer and vendor contacts.
  • Maintain/distribute reports using Excel or Word and Google Forms.
  • Be a liaison with IT on system integrity maintenance implementation of new procedures and appropriate testing issues.
  • Work with Marketing team Customer Service Team IT Team and Mailing Ops Team.
  • Work in Circulation Salesforce for Sub Agency Billing.
  • Work in Refund Hub on processing and approving refund check requests.
  • Handle payment and refund check research using Verint Filenet JP Morgan Cashpro site.
  • Process payment Kickouts in Mosaic Workbench Datacap and Verint.
  • Train the team on new processes or ongoing changes to current systems as they arise taking a lead role in any UAT testing that may come up on all systems.
  • Handle email Verint account look up/transactions report compilation and equipment operation.
  • Demonstrate ability to service internal and external customers as defined within the work unit.
  • Maintain productivity and quality requirements as related to business unit goals.
  • Support other team functions as needed.

You Have:

  • 5 years of experience.
  • A professional mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior team/staff Lead experience (preferred).
  • Strong MS Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills and experience working with webbased programs and google forms.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks prioritizing a fluctuating daily work flow.
  • Previous experience with Verint (preferred).
  • The ability to work in collaboration with immediate and cross functional peers both internally and externally.
