Job title: Corporate Commercial Account Handler
Salary:per annum
Location: Hybrid role Reading based office.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are currently working with a leading broker who due to growth are recruiting for a Corporate Commercial Account Handler. This role will involve being responsible for providing risk solutions to businesses across various sectors within the UK and handling daytoday service for clients etc.
This role will involve dealing with a range of complex corporate premiums averagingup to 100k.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the highest level of service to assigned clients in line with agreed client service tools
- Liaise with the client management team to understand clients business and insurance requirements
- Attend client meetings and visits such as prerenewal and renewal meetings
- Identify potential improvements in client risk & insurance program design and make recommendations
- Negotiate renewal terms midterm adjustments and cover extensions
- Establish and develop effective working relationships with insurers
- Support in identifying client needs
- Represent the business professionally and demonstrate an understanding of corporate objectives
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial risks
- Exposure & understanding to global placements is an advantage
- Commercial understanding of business market forces and competitors
- Effective communicator and presenter
- Clientfocused with a consultative approach and commitment to excellence in client service
