What Youll Do:
Inspire and Educate: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in all core subjects fostering a love of learning and critical thinking skills.
Nurture Virtue and Character: Reinforce the schools commitment to developing students moral and ethical compass integrating Catholic values into daily instruction.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with a dedicated teaching assistant to provide personalized attention and support to each student.
Create a Positive Learning Environment: Maintain a wellmanaged respectful and joyful classroom where all students feel valued and empowered.
Build Strong Relationships: Communicate effectively with parents faculty and administration to support student growth and development.
Celebrate Individual Differences: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Continue a Legacy of Excellence: Uphold the high standards and compassionate teaching that Mrs. Radcliffe exemplified.
What You Bring:
A Bachelors degree in Elementary Education (or related field).
A valid Louisiana teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain one).
Experience teaching elementarylevel students preferably in 4th grade.
A commitment to Catholic education and a willingness to integrate faith into teaching.
Patience enthusiasm and a genuine love for children.
Strong classroom management skills.
The ability to work well with a teachers assistant.
