Position Overview:
The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for managing warehouse activities overseeing warehouse staff and supporting product logistics and customer service. This role is highly handson and ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work driving and direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daytoday warehouse operations and supervise warehouse team
  • Interact with customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Load transport and deliver agricultural products safely and efficiently
  • Receive organize and track incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Operate seed treatment and seed cleaning equipment and create sales orders and invoices for product transactions
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure a clean organized warehouse
  • Perform light vehicle and equipment maintenance
  • Conduct building upkeep and general facility maintenance
  • Operate agricultural equipment including forklifts tractors skid steers and telehandlers

Qualifications:

  • Valid Drivers License required
  • CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Category 4 Commercial Pesticide Applicator License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate agricultural equipment
  • Strong organizational communication and time management skills

This role includes product deliveries ranging from 5 to 100 miles. The ability to properly plan trips manage delivery schedules and represent the company professionally with customers is essential.
