Join our team as a Senior Proposal Writer and Content Manager where youll craft compelling proposals that showcase our companys unique value. Youll translate complex ideas into clear persuasive content and lead best practices in proposal management. Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure topquality content. Innovate by exploring AI and new technologies to enhance our proposal processes. What your days will look like
Lead The Team: Manage a dynamic writing team ensuring theyre equipped to deliver highimpact proposals.
Strategic Proposal Guidance: Structure and guide proposal documents enhancing clarity messaging and brand alignment.
Handson Content Creation: Draft key proposal sections ensuring coherence with brand and organisational standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct insightful interviews with senior stakeholders to craft compelling sales messages.
Oversee Content Quality: Manage agencies and editors optimising content quality and innovation including AI integration.
Brand Advocacy and Training: Champion PwCs brand style and provide coaching to elevate writing skills across the organisation.
This role is for you if
You have a proven track record in developing compelling proposals and effectively managing outsourced teams.
You possess exceptional skills in influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders to build credibility and engagement.
You are an innovative thinker capable of conveying business messages clearly and concisely through creative methods.
You demonstrate a proactive approach with strong commercial insight and understanding of business needs.
You have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure ensuring meticulous attention to detail and highquality deliverables.
You are adept at cultivating and managing relationships with seniorlevel stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
You possess accreditation from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) although this is not essential
