Position Overview:
We are seeking a selfmotivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing FP&A team. This highvisibility role will focus on financial analysis and collaboration with internal teams particularly Marketing to support business goals and decisionmaking. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment excels in crossfunctional collaboration and demonstrates exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is required.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment.
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced setting.
- Willingness to work onsite daily at CELSIUS HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and strategic management tools to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze budget and forecast variances identifying and communicating key drivers to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure accurate financial reporting and support journal entry reviews.
- Assist in preparing monthly revenue and profitability projections.
- Build and refine financial models to support the annual budget planning process and longterm strategic initiatives.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Accounting and Operations to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and support special projects as business priorities evolve.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location jobrelated knowledge skills qualifications and experience. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
