Your Role:

As a District Manager you will oversee multiple food service accounts across Texas requiring regular travel. Your leadership will directly impact operations client relationships and business growth. Ideally you reside in Northern Texas to optimize travel efficiency.

What Youll Do:

Lead & Inspire: Motivate onsite teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong client relationships and drive key performance indicators including profitability engagement and safety. Drive Innovation & Growth: Leverage our Groups industryleading tools to enhance service and ensure longterm client retention. Strategize for Success: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client needs and company objectives. Ensure Compliance & Excellence: Uphold state and local regulations while maintaining toptier quality and safety standards. Financial Leadership: Manage budgets reporting and forecasting to drive sustainable financial success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or five 5 years progressive experience in multiunit food service or hospitality management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in a leadership role with exposure to contract/budget management customer service people development food services negotiations etc.
  • Has a consistent track record and knowledge of growing a business along with proven business and financial proficiencies.
  • Has the ability to think quickly analytically strategically and accurately
  • Shows expert client relationship influencing presentation listening and communications (written and verbal) skills
  • Champions the inclusive approach and is proactive positive professional flexible and resilient
  • Demonstrates initiative ownership multitasking prioritization and organization skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
  • Extensive travel is required in this position
