Requirements
Envalior is seeking a MultiCraft Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical and electrical repairs troubleshoot production equipment and conduct preventative maintenance. This position plays a key role in ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently supporting both scheduled rebuilds and emergency breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks to minimize breakdowns.
- Conduct electrical repairs on circuits up to 480V 3phase and 24V DC assisting on medium voltage drive systems.
- Replace belts change oil and repair gearboxes valves and fittings as needed.
- Perform welding (MIG/TIG) grinding cutting and fabrication of metal components.
- Install rig and align large motors and gearboxes.
- Work with blueprints and P&IDs to diagnose and repair system failures.
- Follow safety policies and procedures participating in site safety programs.
- Use desktop and tabletbased systems to complete maintenance records and work orders.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Mechanical or Electrical Industrial Maintenance required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience working with shop and hand tools multimeters and welding equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints P&IDs and electrical schematics.
- Has worked with SAP and PLC.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing safety requirements and best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting organizational and problemsolving skills.
