Required: You must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing accounts in the Revenue Cycle Management space.

Ovation is seeking a dedicated Client Account Manager to ensure our clients receive exceptional services while supporting our business goals and vision. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships with clients during the implementation stage acting as the primary contact for solutionspecific setup. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs ensuring that company and client goals are aligned and achieved. By fostering trust and open communication they will create a positive client experience. Additionally they will oversee and support a team of client service representatives providing training and development to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
