- Develop & Design:Build scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript AngularJS and cuttingedge technologies. Utilize platform tools like Flow Designer and Agent Workspace to bring innovative solutions to life.
- Technical Transformation:Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs creating actionable development tasks and impactful solutions.
- Standards & Consistency:Define and uphold implementation standards for ServiceNow to ensure applications are robust consistent and highly supportable.
- Integrations & Automation:Streamline processes using ServiceNow Orchestration REST web services and Integration Hub delivering seamless automation and integration.
- Knowledge Sharing:Document processes and provide internal training to empower the team and elevate collective expertise.
- Support Excellence:Be ready to work outside normal business hours when necessary offering critical support for highprofile issues or timesensitive deliverables.
- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related fields OR equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years in JavaScript development and software solution creation. Familiarity with managing ServiceNow or equivalent cloud platforms in a large complex enterprise.
- Technical Skills:Expertise in troubleshooting debugging and recognizing general coding patterns. Proficiency in Agile and scrum development methodologies.
- Soft Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills. A collaborative team player with a passion for learning and iterative improvement. Ability to facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholders and brief senior management on technical matters.
- Adaptability:Comfortable in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment with the ability to shift priorities and drive meaningful outcomes.
