Reduced process time by 10 with help of tools or designing and automating them.
Development & administration around new Atlassian products launched that impacts one or more than one instances.
Be Confluence subject matter expert including configurations org administration addins workflows plugin integration permission management etc...
Design build maintain & setup to integrate with other Atlassian or nonAtlassian products via addon or custom plugin using Atlassian SDK as per best practices.
Serve as an escalation point for the extended IT team and other functional groups in the business to mitigate technical issues.
Troubleshoot Confluence issues and report on progress towards resolution.
Act on scripting demands provide quick workarounds to have a minimal impact on end users using Confluence at any time.
Set new specifications for tools based on statistical data analysis & ability to construct productive collaboration model using Atlassian stack tools.
Enabling communication with internal information management systems inhouse bots & inhouse gateway / tunnel solutions for daytoday operations.
Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing systems for upgrade onto latest versions suggest improvement towards procedures workflows and reports.
Collaborate with business partners external vendors and the extended IT teams.
Duties will require maintaining operational documentation like test plans deployment guides FAQ documentation including highlevel & lowlevel design.
You will have to follow SDLC Process and must adapt to Change management for Production Environments.

About the ideal candidate
Experienced serviceoriented Confluence developer to handle large development and handson experience in above mentioned areas is necessary.
The person should be willing to learn interested and passionate about collaboration.
Education & experience: University degree in computer science or equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience: 5 years in development & supporting large Confluence instances.
Primary skills:
Working knowledge in UNIX or Linux environment (LDAP SMTP SSH NFS mount)
Experience with various SSO technologies including SAML OAuth and SSL
Must have ability to write / convert technical documentation into algorithms.
Programming languages:
Core Java Java Script Clientside frameworks (Jscript and React) Json
Confluence stack experience or the following
NodeJS & Jquery
Rest APIs
Atlassian SDK (forge or Connect)
Scripting:
Python or shell scripting
Jenkins pipeline and CI/CD platform
Scripting including groovy
Ansible automation a plus
Secondary skills:
Familiar authentication models with 3rd party tools like OKTA would be a bonus.
Responsible for the maintenance and functional evolution of Amadeus developed webservices & custom plugins for Confluence.
Provide consultancy about solution scope technical approaches or alternatives benchmarks effort estimation planning risks methodologies.
Ability to research issues submit vendor tickets contact users about their problems.
Willingness to learn Azure concepts and utilizing its framework for the creation of the solutions between Azure and Atlassian cloud.
Knowledge in other Atlassian tools (Jira Bitbucket Trello) is a plus.

Can handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies Quality processes & best practices for maintaining information security.
Competences of Technical writing documentation and able to translate technical jargon into laymans terms for explanatory purposes.
