Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40We are hiring a fulltime Nuclear Medical Technologist to join our La Crosse Nuclear Medicine team! If you are passionate about patient care and strive to change the lives of patients and their families apply today for this rewarding opportunity!
What you will do:
Work 80 hours biweekly first shift with scheduled on call rotation.
Performs high quality nuclear medicine and PET/CT exams and procedures to aide in medical diagnosis treatment and prevention of disease.
Works with Gundersen Health System patients and their families to provide compassionate individualized care in the provision of Nuclear Medicine services. Understands and applies the concepts of Nuclear Medicine when performing examinations on patients.
Provides the best images possible to radiologists and providers for interpretation. Provides high quality service to customers in a costeffective and efficient manner.
What Youll Need:
Post High School education in a specialized field: Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine
1year clinical experience in nuclear medicine program.
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) within 6 months of hire date or American Registry of Radiologic Technology Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine (ARRT)
Current InfantAdult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
