Job Description
The role is permanent and would consist of placements over a 2 year period including some of the following areas:
- Shipping
- Warehouse Goods received/inventory control
- Quality
- HR
- Planning
- Production
Following the completion of your placements you would then move into a role within Operations. We would keep options open as to whether this would be a people leadership role such as a Production Area Supervisor role or it could be a specialist role within Operations dependant on your preferences and needs of the business at the time.
To be selected for the position you must have:
**Educational Background**: completed a degree in business engineering economics or a related field.
**Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and the ability to quickly learn new software.
**Experience**: Previous internships or work experience in business or operations is beneficial.
**Traits**: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Adaptability**: Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
**Initiative**: Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and the willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
**Learning Attitude**: Eager to learn and grow professionally with a genuine interest in the field of operations.
**Eligibility**: The permanent right to work in the UK. The role is expected to start in September 2025.
