Job Description
Si seleziona un/una impiegato/a che gestisca laccoglienza clienti allinterno di studio di consulenze professionale operativo nel settore della sicurezza del lavoro alle imprese del territorio.
La risorsa dovr gestire:
- lagenda degli appuntamenti con le aziende clienti
- archiviazione di contratti e preventivi
- mail e telefonate ed altre mansioni di segretariato generale.
Requisiti:
- diploma di maturit o laurea
- ottime doti comunicative
- buona conoscenza dei maggiori strumenti operativi informatici
- ottime doti organizzative.
Si propone:
contratto regolare in full time inizialmente a tempo determinato prorogabile.
