Azienda operante nel settore delle manifatture ricerca un/una addetto/a da inserire nellufficio risorse umane.
Le mansioni legate al ruolo saranno le seguenti:
- gestione del personale (per ci che concerne ore permessi ferie malattie corsi di formazione)
- gestione del rapporto dipendentidirezione
- gestione dei colloqui.
Si richiede:
- diploma di maturit
- ottime capacit comunicative
- buona conoscenza dei pacchetti microsoft ed office
- ottime doti organizzative.
Si propone:
- contratto full time
- tempo determinato
- un previo periodo di formazione retribuito e affiancamento al fine di raggiungere la piena autonomia lavorativa e la gestione dellufficio.
