Overview
The Medical Oncologist DM DNB Consultant position in Bhiwani Haryana is a pivotal role within our healthcare organization dedicated to providing highquality oncology care to patients. This specialist will oversee the management and treatment of cancer patients utilizing cuttingedge therapies and technologies. The Medical Oncologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop patientspecific treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat various types of cancer.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Administer chemotherapy and other oncological therapies.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
- Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
- Collaborate with surgical oncologists radiation oncologists and other specialists.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases.
- Provide supportive care and palliative treatment to patients.
- Educate patients and families about cancer treatment options and side effects.
- Stay abreast of the latest oncology research and clinical trials.
- Lead and engage in clinical research initiatives.
- Mentor junior medical staff and promote best practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Advocate for patients and address their needs and concerns.
- Engage in community outreach programs for cancer awareness.
Required Qualifications
- MD in Internal Medicine or equivalent.
- DM or DNB in Medical Oncology.
- Valid medical license to practice in Haryana.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in medical oncology.
- Strong foundational knowledge of cancer biology and treatment.
- Excellent patient management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with chemotherapy administration and sideeffect management.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
- Proficient in conducting clinical research and presenting findings.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
