Job Description

Overview
The ENT Surgeon (MS DNB Consultant) plays a critical role in the medical field specializing in diagnosing and managing conditions related to the ear nose and throat. Based in Bhiwani Haryana this position involves providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages ranging from conducting routine evaluations to performing complex surgical interventions. As an essential member of the healthcare team the ENT Surgeon ensures that patients receive highquality care promotes recovery and contributes to the overall health of the community. The consultant surgeon is also responsible for staying updated with advancements in the field participating in academic activities and mentoring junior staff. This role not only demands clinical expertise but also necessitates strong interpersonal skills to foster a compassionate patient experience and maintain collaborative professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
  • Diagnose ENTrelated medical conditions accurately.
  • Perform surgical procedures including minimally invasive techniques.
  • Manage postoperative care and patient recovery processes.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals for comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated with the latest medical advancements in ENT.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and case discussions.
  • Provide trauma care and emergency interventions when required.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment options and postoperative care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Incorporate evidencebased practices into clinical decisionmaking.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff and trainees.
  • Engage in scholarly research and publish findings as necessary.
  • Provide guidance on preventive care and health promotion.
  • Participate in community outreach programs for health awareness.
Required Qualifications
  • MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
  • Master of Surgery (MS) in ENT or equivalent.
  • DNB qualification in ENT.
  • Valid medical license to practice in Haryana.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ENT surgery.
  • Completion of residency program in ENT.
  • Proficiency in advanced surgical techniques.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in fastpaced environments.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Experience in patientcentered care approaches.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
  • Willingness to participate in community and health programs.
  • Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification.
