Roles and amp; Responsibilities
HR Operations: and nbsp;Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit ensuring efficient HR processes.
HRMS Management: and nbsp;Optimize and maintain HRMS platforms ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Compliance and amp; Policies: and nbsp;Develop update and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
Employee Engagement: and nbsp;Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and grievance resolution.
Compensation and amp; Payroll: and nbsp;Oversee payroll management ensuring accuracy compliance and timely processing.
Statutory Compliance: and nbsp;Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements (PF ESI etc..
Reporting and amp; Analytics: and nbsp;Provide key HR metrics and insights to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.
Team Leadership: and nbsp;Mentor develop and lead a highperforming HR team.
Grievances and amp; People Management:
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees resolving employee grievances conflicts and disputes effectively.
Lead employee relations programs to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 810 years of manufacturing / Plant experience. and nbsp;
- Including at least 10 years in a management role. and nbsp;
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies compensation structures
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws compliance requirements and HR best practices. and nbsp;
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills. and nbsp;
- Ability to analyze data generate reports and make datadriven decisions. and nbsp;
- A track record of managing employee grievances conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR management systems is an advantage. and nbsp;
