Job Summary
We are looking for Workplace Systems Engineers Level 2 or 3 M/F to join our dynamic team.
Responsible for managing and optimizing Workplace systems for our customers ensuring a high level of performance and availability you will work closely with technical teams and end users to ensure an optimal user experience.
Responsibilities & Duties
Administer and maintain Workplace systems including virtualization environments and collaboration solutions;
Diagnose and resolve Level 3 incidents providing advanced technical support;
Participate in the design and implementation of new solutions and improvements to existing systems;
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system integration and compatibility;
Conduct security audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with standards and best practices;
Write and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures;
Train and mentor lowerlevel engineers and endusers.
Essential Skills
Degree in computer science engineering or a related field with significant experience as a systems engineer with expertise in Workplace solutions;
You have mastery of virtualization environments (VMware HyperV) and collaboration solutions (Microsoft 365 Entra ID Intune SCCM Google Workspace etc.;
Recent certifications in these areas would be a plus
You have excellent communication and customer relations skills;
English level B2 or TOEIC above 785
You have the ability to work independently and in a team;
You are national mobile.
You have knowledge of ITIL Best Practices (incident management problem management change management and releases);
You are motivated by challenges and obtaining new certifications;
You have a sense of service and you are responsive and organized;
