Job Title: Principal Software Engineer (Full Stack)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer with a strong fullstack development background to lead technical initiatives and drive engineering excellence across projects. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of handson experience with MERN/MEAN stacks and Python along with a solid track record of leading development teams and delivering scalable highquality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and development of robust and scalable applications.
- Oversee fullstack development using technologies like and Python.
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers fostering technical growth and collaboration.
- Make strategic technical decisions contributing to longterm product and platform vision.
- Collaborate closely with product managers designers and stakeholders to align on requirements and delivery timelines.
- Drive code quality through code reviews testing and best practices.
- Implement and advocate for engineering standards tools and frameworks that increase team productivity.
- Ensure system performance scalability and security in all delivered solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on fullstack development.
- Expertise in MERN/MEAN stack and Python.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs database design (MongoDB PostgreSQL etc. and system integration.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams.
- Strong problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Background in Agile/Scrum environments and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Contributions to opensource projects or technical publications are a plus.
