Job Description

Adelphi is seeking dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs) to deliver mental health counseling in a school setting in Mountain View California. Candidates will play a key role in providing targeted student support within a MultiTiered System of Support (MTSS).

Requirements:

Active California LPCC license

Qualified or eligible to supervise associates by July 30 2025

National Provider Identifier (NPI)

Experience in schoolbased mental health (preferred)

PPS Credential (preferred)

Spanish bilingual (preferred)

Strong understanding of traumainformed and culturally responsive care

DOJ/FBI clearance required

Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical assessments and create treatment plans

Deliver schoolbased therapy both individual and group

Collaborate with student support teams and families

Maintain logs and documentation in compliance with CYBHI and district standards

Support MTSS framework and proactive student intervention

Provide professional development or training to staff

Adhere to school confidentiality policies and state guidelines

Perform additional duties as required by school administration.
